2025-26 Forsyth County Middle School Basketball Week 2
There were three dominant performances in Week 1 action. Riverwatch (1–0) delivered the most impressive result of the night, scoring 40 points while holding DeSana (0–1) to just 9 — the only single-digit team total across all games. The Panthers controlled the middle two quarters in overwhelming fashion, outscoring the Dragons 26–4 during that stretch.
Little Mill (1–0) and North Forsyth (1–0) also secured convincing double-digit victories in their matchups against Vickery Creek (0–1) and Piney Grove (0–1), respectively. Hendricks and South Forsyth joined them in the win column, each starting their seasons 1–0.
Now attention turns to Day 2 of the regular season. Lakeside opens its 2025–26 campaign by hosting Hendricks in an early-season showdown between two perennial powers in Forsyth County girls basketball. Meanwhile, Piney Grove will use its bye week to regroup and refocus following their opening-night loss to North Forsyth.
