2025 Forsyth County Middle School Golf

The 2025 county golf season wraps up this afternoon with the County Championship at Polo Golf and Country Club. All eleven county schools will compete, with ten teams fielding six players and Piney Grove entering five, bringing the total to 65 players.

The tournament will use a shotgun start at 3 PM, with two groups teeing off on each hole of the back nine (holes 10–18).

Boys will play from the White Tees (3,083 yards, par 36), while girls will play from the Green Tees (2,459 yards, par 36).

Course

Defending champions Riverwatch enter the season finale as the favorite, having won last month’s County Invitational and coming just shy of an undefeated season. But Lakeside, the Invitational runner-up, cannot be overlooked—they handed Riverwatch its only loss on Tuesday with a one-stroke win at Olde Atlanta Golf Club. DeSana and North Forsyth also closed out strong regular seasons and could be in the mix this afternoon.
