The 2025 track season is well underway and with the last roster being formulated last Friday, practices will be in full swing this week heading into the first meet on Wednesday, March 12th. The season runs through April with the County Championship being held on the 17th.
There are four official event dates, all on Wednesdays, throughout the months of March and April. The dates are March 12th, 19th, 26th, and April 9th. Spring Break for the Forsyth County Schools falls between the third and fourth event dates this year. After the season concludes on April 17th, there is a statewide competition on the schedule which will be held at Parkview HS in Lilburn, GA.
Each of the four event dates are split between two sites. For example the first date, March 12th, five schools will compete at South Forsyth High School and the other six schools will be at West Forsyth High School. The end of season County Meet (April 17th) will be held at West Forsyth High School.

Last year, South Forsyth swept both the boys' and girls' championships by double digit margins.
In the boys' competition, Liberty (2nd) and Little Mill (3rd) tied for the most podium finishes (9). In addition to their seven podium finishes, it was South Forsyth's other results that put them over the top (eight 4th-5th place finishes).
On the girls' side, the Eagles led the competition with eight podium finishes in route to their 22.5 point victory. Liberty (7) and Lakeside (6) produced the next highest podium finishes.
